Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon. Part-time, 30 hours, ideally across the five days of Monday to Friday. Hybrid working pattern, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office, remaining hours from home.

The role: In this role, you will coordinate key initiatives, create engaging colleague communications, and help shape a culture that feels inclusive, connected, and genuinely meaningful across the business.

  • Support the delivery of employee engagement, DEI and internal communications initiatives.
  • Create and schedule engaging multi-channel internal communications.
  • Coordinate engagement activity, including events, awareness moments and recognition initiatives.
  • Partner with colleague networks to deliver colleague events, and to amplify diverse voices and lived experiences.
  • Track and report on engagement activity, helping to gather insights and feedback.
  • Leverage tools, data and AI to enhance creativity, streamline and optimise delivery.
  • Maintain content calendars, resources and trackers to keep activity organised and on-brand.
  • Keep our Learning & Development platform, Thrive, fresh and up to date with key DE&I and Engagement content.
  • Manage queries via shared inboxes and support a positive colleague experience.
  • Champion the Ann Summers values, acting as a role model in everything you do.
