Part-time, 19.5 hours, with flexibility as to days and times, it is currently across 3 days for 6.5 hours a day. Hybrid working pattern with Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office, remaining hours from home.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Channel Optimisation merchandising team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and is confident using Excel and internal systems.
In this role you will…
- Support in the creation of sales orders and reservations.
- Create and manage sales orders and product reservations.
- Update product launch dates across key systems.
- Monitor stock levels to meet availability targets.
- Report on allocations and maintain departmental trackers.
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser in identifying missed opportunities.
