Talent Acquisition and Engagement Coordinator Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London. Competitive hybrid working model – 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours. An exciting opportunity to join the Ann Summers Talent and Engagement team, taking the lead on Retail management recruitment and supporting in the delivery of our employer branding and colleague engagement initiatives. You\’ll be a key player in attracting amazingly talented people for our stores, helping us to build diverse, high-performing teams that truly add value to the business. What you can expect from the role… To attract, source and assess, delivering on timelines and exceptional standards for talent. Partnering with hiring managers to gain insights that drive efficient and effective activity. Ensuring all of our tools are up to date and accurate across all platforms. Support with Talent and Engagement initiatives, including events, colleague communications and DEI activity; co-ordinating key elements to deliver meaningful outcomes for our colleagues. Contribute to the activation of our employer brand activity, internally and externally. Provide administrative support, ensuring an efficient function with accurate and up to date resources. Manage shared inboxes, providing efficient, effective and on-brand responses. Keep up to date with industry news and trends, contributing to the evolution of the function. What we\’re looking for… Hands-on recruitment experience, either in a Talent Acquisition role or as a hiring manager in a busy retail or hospitality environment. A flair for engaging and concise copywriting, whether that\’s a job advert, communications or an email. A dynamic and captivating approach to engaging top talent for our opportunities. A details person, someone that knows the importance of a great candidate experience. A natural relationship-builder, collaborative, approachable, and great at bringing people together.
