Ann Pettengell is seeking an Experienced Operations Administrator for a temporary, part-time role at a college summer office.

The post starts 29 June and runs until mid-August, with hours 11am–3pm, Monday to Friday, on site.

You will handle staff and student inquiries, oversee the finance system, support safety procedures, and contribute to a tidy, professional office environment while assisting the Finance Manager and senior leadership team as needed.
