We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join the senior leadership team of a leading provider of residential academic summer programs for international students in Cambridge. These roles will cover a range of responsibilities including student welfare, operations, events, and program coordination.

Applicants should have experience working with young people, ideally within a residential setting. You will bring energy, resilience, and enthusiasm, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust and confidence among students, colleagues, and external partners.

Four program sessions run from end of June to mid-August 2026. Applicants may apply for one, two, or all programs. All senior team members reside on-site in Cambridge for the duration of the program(s). Half-board accommodation is provided for the duration of employment.

  • Support Program Directors in the smooth running of programs
  • Take on specific key responsibilities as required
  • Oversee pastoral care of students
  • Resolve issues and provide guidance to students and staff
  • Lead and train a team of supervisors
  • Oversee all logistics and operations
  • Ensure programs run safely, smoothly, on budget, and provide a positive student experience

  • Knowledge of Cambridge city, its colleges, and history (Director of Operations specific)
  • Experience in office operations (desirable)
  • Previous summer school experience (highly desirable)
