Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role in the Cambridge area? We are working with an innovative biotech start-up focused on advancing research and development, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team. In this role, you will provide broad administrative and operational support across the business, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an ongoing temporary position, working 10 hours per week, with flexibility around working days and times. Office-based or hybrid working arrangements will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across business operations and multiple teams
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and internal communications
- Maintain records and support compliance-related activities
- Update and manage internal systems
- Assist with general office and operational tasks as needed
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working in a regulated environment (biotech, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or similar) is highly desirable
