We are a local company providing a care at home service as an alternative to moving into a Nursing Home. Enabling people to remain at home helps them maintain personal independence and contact with their local community.

The 'round' that we are recruiting for can be 'walked' therefore a car and driving licence is not required.

ROLE: We are recruiting for full-time carers to join our team working within Auchterarder. The shifts that we require staff for are morning and evening shifts. Those shifts will be 0700-1300/1400 and 1600/1700-2100/2200. We do ask everyone that works with us to have availability to work with us every 2nd weekend.

We assist our clients with the daily activities of living, this includes:

  • Personal hygiene
  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with medications
  • Assisting clients to get out and about, attend appointments etc.

BENEFITS: When working with us you will be provided with a contract. All contracts include holiday pay. We will provide you with some of the best rates of pay within the care industry. You will be paid a flat rate of £14.50 per hour, 7 days per week. We will pay you from the start until the end of your shift inclusive of unavoidable gaps. We will also pay your mileage for any travel undertaken during your shift.

Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by on-the-job supervision until confident and competent.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Caring and kind nature. Experience preferred but not essential.
