Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Lead to oversee the continuation of its Odoo ERP implementation within their factory operations in Corby. This is a hands‑on, 100% site‑based role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical understanding to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimisation of the ERP platform. The role is a 10‑month fixed‑term contract, full or part‑time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing ERP implementation project, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business, ERP vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into practical system solutions.
