Anlian Group (ALG) is a Singapore-based professional services firm helping Chinese enterprises expand into Southeast Asia. We handle company incorporation, immigration (EP/PR), accounting, banking, and compliance. We are actively growing our founder's personal brand across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok, and are looking for a hands-on assistant to support video content production.
Job Responsibilities
- Accompany the founder during video shoots across Singapore - assist with filming, angles, and basic on-site setup
- Handle basic video and photo editing using CapCut or similar tools
- Upload and manage content across Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Video, and TikTok
- Track weekly content performance data (views, followers, engagement)
- Assist with content planning and scripting ideas
- Support general admin tasks related to content production
Requirements
- Based in Singapore, able to commit to agreed working hours
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken)
- Energetic, positive, and easy to work with - personality matters most
- Comfortable both in front of and behind a camera
- No prior experience required - we will train the right person
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with CapCut, Jianying, or any video editing app
- Familiarity with Douyin / Xiaohongshu / WeChat Video
- Interest in business, finance, or Singapore immigration topics
