We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a housing association retirement site.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8am until 10am
Location - LS6 2QU

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are swept and mopped, and waste is properly disposed of in line with health and safety standards
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
Follow established health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while maintaining flexibility to address urgent cleaning requests as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
