We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a housing association retirement site.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8am until 10am
Location - LS6 2QU

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are swept and mopped, and waste is properly disposed of in line with health and safety standards
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
- Follow established health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while maintaining flexibility to address urgent cleaning requests as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
