Position Overview

As part of its global Marketing and Communications team, Ankura, a global expert services and advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support its EMEA and APAC businesses. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with 7+ years of experience who has a broad range of experience and skill in the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing, events, webinars, content development, and digital marketing programs. If you are looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a range of key activities, are a confident communicator who is experienced at managing multiple priorities with key stakeholders, then this could be the role for you. Hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and provide marketing support to deliver against these priorities.
  • Campaign Management: Develop, plan, execute, and manage regional marketing and communications campaigns to enhance the firm’s brand and reputation, driving results and revenue growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Skilled in podcast recording, editing and production and promotion utilising Ankura channels. Leverage digital technology skills and digital channels to grow Ankura's footprint and brand, including social media platforms and Hubspot email marketing campaigns.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with executive-level subject matter experts to drive strategy and create impactful marketing materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, and other data metrics to define and measure campaign and overall program success.

Requirements

  • The preferred candidate is an experienced marketing generalist with a strong interest and understanding in digital communications, trends and tactics to drive interest and engagement.
  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing/media, or related fields within a professional services or agency environment preferred.
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, management, and KPI measurement.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in podcast and video recording and production preferred.
  • Strong EQ and executive presence with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and with internal stakeholders across the wider business.
  • Highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and quickly grasp new concepts and technologies to enhance marketing activity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
