Role purpose
Build Ankura’s new Workforce AI Transformation business across EMEA. We’re looking for a senior leader to shape and scale a new practice at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, operating model redesign, and growth. You’ll work directly with senior clients, build propositions, win flagship engagements, and help define Ankura’s external voice in one of the fastest-growing areas of consulting. This is a rare build role: high autonomy, high visibility, and real opportunity to create a new market-leading business across EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Workforce AI Transformation proposition across EMEA
- Originate and close senior client engagements with CHROs, COOs, CIOs, CEOs, and transformation leaders
- Design and deliver large-scale workforce transformation programs involving AI, process redesign, change, reskilling, and productivity improvement
- Build reusable methods, diagnostic tools, and packaged offerings
- Develop strategic alliances with hyperscalers, SaaS partners, and workforce ecosystem partners
- Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team
- Partner cross-practice with cyber, investigations, disputes, digital forensics, and regulatory teams
- Contribute to Ankura’s external profile through thought leadership, events, media, and client-facing content
Candidate profile
- Proven experience building and scaling a workforce or transformation consulting business
- Strong board-level and C-suite relationships
- Track record selling and delivering transformation programs
- Deep understanding of AI’s impact on workforce, operating model, organization design, change, and skills
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to build IP-led offerings
- Ideally experienced across UK plus broader EMEA markets
