Build and lead Ankura's new Responsible AI capability across EMEA, creating a trusted advisory business around AI governance, risk, compliance, assurance, and regulatory readiness. This role is central to Ankura's growth ambition and one of the three core client offerings in our EMEA Data & AI plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and scale the Responsible AI offer for EMEA
- Advise boards, risk leaders, legal teams, compliance leaders, and technology executives on AI governance and assurance
- Lead work around EU AI Act readiness, AI policy, model governance, ethical risk, controls, and monitoring
- Create repeatable methodologies, frameworks, and managed-service style offerings
- Build relationships with ecosystem partners in governance, assurance, and AI risk
- Support cross-practice opportunities in cyber, investigations, disputes, restructuring, and regulated sectors
- Recruit and develop a specialist Responsible AI team
- Represent Ankura in the market through publications, panels, client roundtables, and media engagement
Qualifications:
- Recognized expert in Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk, or digital regulation
- Strong experience in regulated industries
- Strong credibility with boards and risk functions
- Commercial track record in selling governance, assurance, or regulatory transformation work
- Ability to turn expertise into scalable propositions and repeatable IP
Success Measures:
- Revenue from Responsible AI engagements
- Number of enterprise clients adopting AI governance offerings
- Growth of annuity / monitoring-style work
- Cross-sell into wider Ankura practices
