We’re scaling fast and looking to grow our team with world-class candidates to support our vision of rewilding retail!This is why why we are creating a new role in our People Team and we are looking for a Global Senior HR Business Partner to support our Finance, Brand, Delivery and Fulfillment teams !What can you expect : We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for a strong People Partner to help us build, shape and develop the teams within your perimeter: You are responsible for the development and engagement of all team members, partnering with the leaders of the organisation, building strong proximity with the employees and collaborating with the global people community members of Ankorstore.

You are the guardian of a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring proximity, allowing new joiners to connect with the rest of the community and overseeing all processes and training sessions to allow them to perform at their best level.

In collaboration with the global People Development team, you implement evaluation, mentoring and development paths all along the journey of the employee, to empower each individual, give them the possibility to use and develop their potential and to prepare the organization of tomorrow.

You measure and follow the satisfaction and engagement of the teams, putting in place actions to increase even more their happiness at work and make them the best ambassadors of Ankorstore.

You collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to find the best solutions to attract and recruit talents.

You collaborate closely with the People Operations team to ensure a smooth, efficient and compliant day to day employee experience.

You are responsible with the rest of the People team for the experience of the teams at work, whether in the office or at home, proactively taking innovative initiatives to make Ankorstore work experience the best on the market.
