This is a senior individual contributor mandate within a leading multinational financial technology organisation focused on Enterprise Payments and Cards Issuing & Processing platforms. This is a pure new business ("hunter") role, focused exclusively on originating and closing mega, high-value, multi-year, multi-country deals with Tier-1 banking institutions. The role is designed for a proven dealmaker who operates at the very top end of enterprise sales, leading complex transactions from origination through to close, without reliance on existing account portfolios. This is a front-line revenue role, not account management or expansion.

The Mandate

  • Drive new logo acquisition focused on large, strategic Tier-1 banking opportunities
  • Originate and close tens of millions in multi-year, multi-country enterprise deals
  • Own a high double-digit million quota, aligned to mega deal execution
  • Operate as the deal leader across internal and client stakeholders
  • Engage at C-level and C-1 across major banking institutions in the UK & Ireland
  • Orchestrate internal teams across Presales, Product, Delivery and Executive leadership
  • Navigate highly complex procurement, commercial and contractual environments

The Profile Sought

  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-year banking transformation deals
  • Strong track record in pure hunter roles (no farming / account management bias)
  • Deep experience across Enterprise Payments and/or Cards Issuing & Processing (CMS)
  • Ability to engage and influence at C-suite level with credibility and authority
  • Strong commercial discipline with advanced deal structuring and negotiation capability
  • Gravitas, resilience and persistence required for long, complex sales cycles
