This is a pure new business ('hunter') role, focused exclusively on originating and closing mega, high-value, multi-year, multi-country deals with Tier-1 banking institutions. The role is designed for a proven dealmaker who operates at the very top end of enterprise sales, leading complex transactions from origination through to close, without reliance on existing account portfolios. • Own a high double-digit million quota, aligned to mega deal execution

  • Engage at C-level and C-1 across major banking institutions in the UK & Ireland
  • Orchestrate internal teams across Presales, Product, Delivery and Executive leadership
  • Navigate highly complex procurement, commercial and contractual environments

  • Strong commercial discipline with advanced deal structuring and negotiation capability
  • Gravitas, resilience and persistence required for long, complex sales cycles
