In this pivotal role, you will join a global FinTech organization specializing in empowering financial institutions with advanced Core Banking solutions. As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide expert advice throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial discovery to the implementation of core banking solutions. You will guide customers through the complexities of adopting our client’s core banking system while aligning it with their future business needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of banking architecture and guide customers in evolving their core systems to address the challenges of the digital age.

As an Enterprise Architect specializing in Core Banking solutions, you will provide strategic guidance across the entire customer journey, from pre-sales to successful deployment. You will be at the center of aligning complex technology ecosystems and ensuring that each solution integrates smoothly with both existing systems and third-party fintech partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise architecture for financial solutions and the expertise to empower customers in achieving scalable, secure, and future-ready core banking platforms.

• Leading large-scale technology transformations to deliver customer value through enterprise architecture evolution.
• Mapping the customer’s as-is architecture and defining future-state to support pre-sales activities.
• Understanding the customers' needs and developing roadmaps that increase value from current systems and solution design.
• Offering expert consultation on enterprise architecture across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Providing expertise in crafting enterprise architecture strategies, optimizing operational frameworks, and developing deployment roadmaps tailored for public, private, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Facilitating complex implementations, including third-party and cross-module integrations.
• Guiding customers through the process of modernizing and optimizing existing core banking systems, helping them leverage the latest technologies to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders, providing expert consultation and value-driven design feedback.
• Applying enterprise architecture frameworks and tools to create blueprints and roadmaps, communicating architectural transformations.
• Supporting portfolio governance and oversight to drive lifecycle optimization and alignment across all initiatives.

• SME in SaaS Core Banking solutions.
• 15-20 years’ experience, with a minimum of 7-9 years in enterprise architecture from fintech companies or consultancy firms in banking/financial industry with deep understanding of Core Banking software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking operations, business delivery, and business/technology consulting.
• Expertise in technology-driven business architecture patterns and practices in banking/financial services area.
• Extensive experience in deploying cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in designing adaptable, cost-effective, and innovative architectural landscapes.
• Proficiency in workshop design and facilitation, with expert presentation and communication skills.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a proactive approach to enterprise architecture.
• Experience with security compliance and ensuring data integrity, with knowledge of data privacy regulations.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams while balancing customer and company priorities.
