Key Responsibilities

  • Continue and build on comprehensive sales strategy for the UK and Ireland to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the PPS Power product lines.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key accounts, major retailers, distributors, and strategic partners across Europe.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new high-potential partners to expand market reach.
  • Own the annual account planning and budgeting process, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and tracking performance against goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to analyze sell-through, inventory levels, promotional performance, and overall profitability; develop action plans to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Regional Go-To-Market, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and flawless execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.

Our Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, preferably within the consumer electronics, portable power, home energy, or related DIY sectors. Experience in the UK market is essential.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, negotiating complex agreements, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to develop data-driven sales strategies, analyze market and account performance, and make informed business decisions.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Cultural Agility: Proven ability to work effectively across different cultures and within international, cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
