We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual who is early in their career and eager to grow and develop within a fast-paced, high-growth company. As a Junior KAM focused on our Argos partnership, you'll play a meaningful role in expanding our retail presence in the UK market from day one. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow the Argos account through proactive relationship management — driving sales performance, executing joint business plans, and hitting revenue targets.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to generate actionable insights, build accurate forecasts, and deliver clear, impactful reports to the Sales Leader.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure promotional campaigns align seamlessly with inventory and logistics.
  • Support commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms — building trust and credibility with Argos stakeholders at every level.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, or retail experience, with a solid understanding of Argos' buying process and commercial operations.
  • Passion for consumer electronics and a genuine interest in building a career in retail sales.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, generating forecasts, and turning numbers into business decisions.
  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder; confident engaging with internal teams and external partners alike.
