We are currently looking for Sales Manager to join our UK team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Manage and grow relationships with industry-leading retail partners through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings.

2.Develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies aligned with internal KPIs and revenue targets.

3.Build strong cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, buying, supply chain, operations, and store support teams.Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms to drive Net Sales and Operational Profit.

4.Analyse sales data, generate forecasts, and manage budgets to optimize performance.

5.Work closely with the Operations team to align demand planning with inventory availability.

6.Provide accurate, timely reports to the Sales Leader and relevant internal departments.

7.Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.

8.Travel as required for customer meetings and trade shows.Be based on-site in our Watford office 4 days per week (Friday is WFH).
