We\'re looking for a passionate, people-focused Retail Development Executive to join Anker Innovations\' newly established Channel Marketing team. Working in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, this role represents Anker\'s leading brands - Anker, eufy, Nebula, and Soundcore - while driving in-store excellence and building meaningful connections across the retail landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Store Audits & Merchandising Compliance: Conduct regular visits to retail locations to audit the presence, placement, and presentation of our product ranges. Ensure all in-store executions align with brand standards and promotional criteria. Submit detailed reports with photographic evidence, insights, and staff feedback. Monitor competitor presence and gather actionable intelligence.
- In-Store Training & Staff Engagement: Deliver engaging product training and one-on-one coaching to retail staff and store leadership teams. Empower store teams with in-depth product knowledge and selling techniques focused on customer benefits. Some sessions may occur during evenings or weekends, depending on store availability.
- Retail Demonstration Days: Act as a brand ambassador during scheduled in-store demo days. Engage with customers directly, showcasing Anker innovations\' products through live demonstrations and tailored recommendations. Coordinate activities with store management to ensure smooth execution.
- Events & Exhibitions: Support the marketing team in the setup and staffing of ad hoc promotional events and exhibitions. Represent Anker Innovations by providing expert product demonstrations and customer engagement on-site.
What We\\\'re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing, retail, or marketing role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
