As we continue to grow our presence across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for an experienced and data-driven Amazon Account Manager to support and manage our 1P (Vendor Central) business in the region.

As Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing account health, commercial relationships, and driving growth across our UK and Ireland Amazon 1P business.
  • Managing daily operations and performance of Amazon 1P accounts for the UK and Ireland, ensuring availability, profitability, and brand integrity.
  • Owning the commercial relationship with Amazon Retail/Vendor Managers; supporting Joint Business Plans and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitoring key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, margin, buy box health), and identifying actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with supply chain and planning teams to ensure healthy stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Conducting regular competitive analysis on pricing, assortment, and content; supporting sales forecasting, annual planning, and budget management with accurate local market inputs.
  • Working closely with marketing, content, and advertising teams to optimize product visibility and listing performance.
  • Preparing and sharing regular performance reports and strategic insights with local and global stakeholders.
  • Acting as a key point of contact within the UK+IE Amazon team and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably managing Amazon 1P Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Retail operations, ARA tools, and Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for consumer electronics and understanding of the UK retail landscape.
