FAE Technical Support

FAE Technical support at Anker Innovations, you will be the go-to technical expert supporting our offline market expansion in the UK and beyond. Based in Cardiff, you’ll collaborate closely with the customer service team, distributors, and retail partners to deliver high-level technical support, product training, and real-time troubleshooting across product lines including Anker, Soundcore, and Eufy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Solution Provision

• Act as the technical expert for offline channels, supporting sales and distributors with deep product knowledge.
• Provide pre- and post-sales guidance, including feature explanation, product selection, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex technical issues quickly and professionally.
• Track return/failure trends and collaborate with R&D for improvements.

• Manage spare part inventories across regions.
• Design efficient allocation strategies to ensure service continuity.

• Deliver product workshops for partners and internal teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and FAQs.

• Gather frontline feedback and convert into actionable reports.
• Support product launches, trade shows, and demos.

• Occasional travel (domestic & international) for training and on-site support.

Minimum Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering fields.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• 1+ years in FAE or technical support, or product training roles, ideally in consumer electronics.

• Familiarity with embedded systems, and consumer electronic hardware.

• Fast learner with adaptability and proactive mindset.
• Strong under pressure and team-oriented.
• Passionate about tech and delivering great customer experiences.
