Role Overview

As we continue to expand our presence in the UK & Ireland, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Marketing Manager - DTC to support all marketing and campaign planning for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms across Anker, Eufy, Soundcore, and Nebula. The role will report into the Head of Channel Marketing for UK&I working in collaboration with other channel marketing managers from the Retail and Online Sales Organisations to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will sit within the UK&I Marketing team, working closely with cross functional teams, along with external suppliers to ensure our product launches are supported with best-in-class execution and customer experience. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work across multiple projects at any one time, coordinating with diverse and geographically dispersed teams, supporting our key campaigns and strategic focus areas. The role requires close collaboration with Product Brand Managers, Channel Sales Managers, Channel Marketing Managers and Go-to-Market leads to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Marketing Planning & Execution
    • Working with the Head of Channel Marketing develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across Anker’s DTC platforms.
    • Work with the Head of Channel Marketing and in collaboration with the Retail and Online Sales Organisations to ensure a cohesive and aligned marketing approach across all Anker sales channels.
    • Plan and implement digital campaigns, promotions, and content strategies to boost sales and enhance the customer journey.
    • Leverage data and insights to optimise performance marketing activities across paid, owned and earned media channels.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including brand and GTM, to deliver compelling consumer experiences.
    • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and analyse campaign effectiveness to ensure marketing ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing strategies to continuously innovate.
    • Support brand storytelling and CRM initiatives to nurture customer loyalty and retention.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and partners, to drive effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a key liaison between brand, DTC sales and GTM product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
    • Work in collaboration with the advertising team to execute best-in-class campaigns, managing cost efficiencies and in accordance with budgets.
  • Marketing Budget & Performance Analysis
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively, track performance metrics, and optimise marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Brand Consistency & Messaging
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all DTC activations to strengthen Anker’s market position.
    • Work with central brand and marketing teams to ensure any localised assets are on brand and in accordance with guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DTC, eCommerce or digital marketing roles within consumer technology, electronics, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, paid media, CRM, and digital content strategies.
  • Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads, Meta and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for marketing decision-making.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive high-impact marketing initiatives with strong ROI.
