As we continue to grow our presence across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for an experienced and data-driven Amazon Account Manager to support and manage our 1P (Vendor Central) business in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations and performance of Amazon 1P accounts for the UK and Ireland, ensuring availability, profitability, and brand integrity.
- Own the commercial relationship with Amazon Retail/Vendor Managers; support Joint Business Plans and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, pricing plans, and seasonal campaigns aligned with category and business goals.
- Monitor key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, margin, buy box health), and identify actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain and planning teams to ensure healthy stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis on pricing, assortment, and content; provide insights and actions to maintain category leadership.
- Support sales forecasting, annual planning, and budget management with accurate local market inputs.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and advertising teams to optimize product visibility and listing performance.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports and strategic insights with local and global stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact within the UK+IE Amazon team and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably managing Amazon 1P Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Retail operations, ARA tools, and Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for consumer electronics and understanding of the UK retail landscape.
