Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow regional fundraising initiatives, with a focus on supporting international students arriving for education in the UK.

- Recruit, manage, and motivate regional fundraising committees and volunteers.
- Deliver exceptional supporter care, ensuring donors and community members feel valued and recognised.
- Organise charity events, participate in trade fairs, and enhance campaign visibility.
- Submit regular weekly progress reports to the Trustees.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in community fundraising, charity management, or a similar supporter-focused role.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse communities and donors.
- Experience working with volunteers, families, or community groups.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and empower others.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and familiarity with fundraising databases.
Language Requirements
Alongside fluent English, candidates must speak at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Azeri, Persian.
