Position Summary: Anistar is seeking an experienced security technician to provide assistance with the installation and testing of various types of fire alarm and security systems.

Scope of Work:

  • Installation of fire alarm and burglar alarm systems (e.g., Bosch, Honeywell, Silent Knight, EST, DMP, etc.)
  • Must be capable with device and panel installation, headend equipment, cabling, and able to connect to the network.
  • Fire stop various types of cable and security penetrations.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting and providing technical support both on-site and remotely.
  • Possess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and National Electric Code.
  • Must be open to travel out of the local area for up to 4 weeks at a time. Hotel and per diem will be provided, as well as compensation for mileage and drive time.

Tools / PPE:

Basic technician hand tools. PPE Provided. Some job sites will be new construction, others will be existing.
