Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager (Domestic New Build) located in the Midlands & Home Counties. The Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing plumbing and heating installations and repairs in domestic new build projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plumbing, Pipe installation, and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in managing project timelines and coordinating with subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in plumbing and heating
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or domestic new builds is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field
