Overview
We are seeking a Lead Front-End Developer to join a fast-growing scale-up. You will be working directly with the Head of Engineering to shape the platform and develop the team.
You will be a key member of a remote-first team, helping build the best user experiences on mobile and web for a new cutting-edge SaaS platform. Working closely with the design team to translate designs from Figma into clean, responsive, and performant user interfaces using Next.js, JavaScript, and the latest web technologies.
You will have the opportunity to progress as the business scales.
The Role
- Collaborate with designers to implement visually stunning, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop reusable components and UI patterns using Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript.
- Leverage animation frameworks like GSAP, Framer and Barba to create delightful and seamless user experiences.
- Optimise performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility,
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
