Role Overview As the Head of Marketing, you will join a growing business with a strong marketing presence and be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy to take them to the next level. You will also be instrumental in building a high-performing marketing team and collaborating across departments to achieve measurable success in customer acquisition, product marketing, and market positioning. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business goals, driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Build scalable demand generation programs across multiple channels to support pipeline growth and sales targets. Develop & create a best-in-class marketing team. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales strategies to generate high-quality leads. Leverage analytics tools to measure and optimise performance, and present insights to senior leadership. Elevate our brand identity, drive thought leadership initiatives, and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is cost-effective and maximizes ROI. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience delivering a Marketing strategy within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Expertise in demand generation, creative marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics). Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales and product teams.
