We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Animed Vets in Whitstable and Beltinge (a combination across sites).
Location: Animed Vets in Whitstable and Beltinge (a combination across sites)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 30 hours a week over 4-5 days plus 1:6 Saturdays

About the role:
Day-to-day duties include:
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Responding to queries via phone, in person, and email
- Registering new clients
- Completing insurance forms
- Dispensing medications
- Taking payments
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients
What we\'re looking for:
- Previous Receptionist experience is essential. Veterinary experience is a plus.
- Resilient, able to cope with potentially distressing situations
- Excellent communicator with strong empathy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
