We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide comprehensive support to autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities. You will be central to promoting independence and life skills within a safe environment.

Work Hours & Schedule

37.5 hours per week. Day shifts: 7:30 am–3:00 pm or 2:30 pm–10:00 pm. All employees are expected to do a mix of shifts, including some weekends. Please note we cannot offer specific days off or a set shift pattern.

Compensation

£12.31 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC or Ofsted setting is required.
  • Enhanced DBS check will be required for successful candidates.

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals and activities
  • Assisting with the development of person-centred plans (employment, education, opportunities)
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development

About the Service

Our Supported service offers individualized and proactive support for autistic adults, as well as people with learning disabilities and associated needs. Red Kite Court provides a safe environment for eight individuals whilst promoting life skills and independence.
