Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: Full Time Permanent 30 Hours per week. NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP
Shifts: 9.45pm-7.30am across four nights of the week. Candidates must be fully flexible to work any night of the week including some weekends.
12 months or more experience within a CQC regulated environment for adults with additional needs is essential.

About The Services
We have 2 supported living services on the same site that support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs. There will need to be support with complex needs and complex behaviours.

Support Worker Duties
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents. This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
