Location: Kings Heath
Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: 20 hours per week on a rota basis. Shifts are split between 7.30am and 10.00pm; successful applicants must be able to work a mix of day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents, including employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
About the service: Robins view is a supported living service for up to 11 adult service users with mental health diagnosis, Autism and mild learning disabilities. We need staff that like to support in the community as our service users are very active and like support to attend college and work placements on occasions.
