Waking Night Support Worker in Kings Heath

£12.31 per hour.

Permanent 20 hours per week

Night Shift: 9:45pm-7:45am. Flexibility and working some weekends are essential.

Requirements: 12 months experience within a CQC-regulated environment and Autism.

A supported living service for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs. Some individuals may present challenging behaviors, which is essential to consider.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals and activities.
• Assisting with the development of person-centered plans, including employment, education, and other opportunities.
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
• Providing personal care where needed.
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
