Support Worker – Animated Designs, LLC

Not open to sponsorship. Female applicant preference. Salary: £12.31 per hour in Netherton, Dudley.

Day shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm. Must be flexible & able to work weekends. 37.5 hours per week.

About The Service

Essential: must have experience supporting those with Autism. Supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities. Some individuals we support may present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person‑centred plans
• Includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
