Day Support Worker Full Time

Job Title: Day Support Worker – Experience Essential

Location: Oscott

Salary: £12.31 per hour

Role: Full-Time Permanent, 37.5 hours per week. Note: Not open to sponsorship.

Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm. You must be able to work both shifts and weekends.

Experience: 6 months or more within a CQC-regulated environment for adults with additional needs is essential.

About the Service

Our two supported living services support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs, including those with complex needs and behaviors.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
• Assisting with daily goals and activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies.
• Developing person-centered plans, including employment, education, and other opportunities.
• Maintaining records and risk assessments.
• Providing personal care to promote independence.
• Supporting daily activities and personal development.

Additional Information

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
