Day Support Worker in Kings Heath, Birmingham, England.

Pay: £12.31 per hour (Permanent, 37.5 hours per week). Day shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm, with working weekends required.

Essential: Hold a UK manual driving licence. Previous experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant is beneficial, but not required. Full training will be provided.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals and activities
• Assisting with the development of person‑centred plans, including employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
