- Strategic leadership – Able to implement sales methodologies, drive adoption of new processes, and elevate sales performance.
- Executive presence & stakeholder management – Comfortable working with C-suite and private equity investors, aligning sales with business transformation.
- A team builder & culture driver – Someone who can lead with confidence, humility, and resilience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
