We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to grow and support our business across a designated UK territory.

Your Impact

As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within your territory while building strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices. You’ll act as a true ambassador for Animalcare, combining commercial focus with excellent customer support.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve territory revenue and growth targets
  • Build strong relationships with veterinary practices through regular face-to-face visits
  • Optimise product mix to improve practice and territory profitability
  • Deliver CPD, product training and customer support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and timely administration
  • Represent Animalcare at exhibitions, meetings and events
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights cross-functionally
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within animal health or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused, resilient and action-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
