Animalcare is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation in the UK market. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to partner closely with the General Manager and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving both growth of our innovation portfolio and profitability of our generics business.

The Opportunity

This is a new role that sits at the heart of our UK business and will be instrumental in leading change for the future and shaping the UK business strategy alongside the GM. This is an opportunity to build, influence, and lead, not just operate.

The role will:

  • Be a strategic partner for the sales and marketing teams to accelerate innovation portfolio growth
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across key accounts and commercial execution
  • Lead the commercial strategy for generics driving pricing, margin, and contract performance

Experience

  • Strong background in commercial leadership, pricing, or account management
