As Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within your territory while building strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices. You'll act as a true ambassador for Animalcare, combining commercial focus with excellent customer support.
Your Impact:- Achieve territory revenue and growth targets
- Build strong relationships with veterinary practices through regular face-to-face visits
- Optimise product mix to improve practice and territory profitability
- Deliver CPD, product training and customer support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely administration
- Represent Animalcare at exhibitions, meetings and events
- Monitor market and competitor activity and share insights cross-functionally
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within animal health or pharmaceuticals
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused, resilient and action-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
