Digital Marketing & Content Manager | Flexible in Europe

About the role
Ready to take pet health brands digital-first? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead our pan-European digital & consumer engagement strategy, with a focus on our Veterinary OTC portfolio and Dental Care.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Define and lead our digital marketing & content strategy, aligned with business goals to drive engagement and sales
- Drive paid, owned & earned media activation across Europe, integrating campaigns and e-commerce initiatives
- Oversee content creation from social to e-commerce visuals, influencer and promotional campaigns and provide toolkits for local teams
- Optimize performance marketing, manage and improve campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, using insights to boost ROI
- Build internal digital capabilities & best practices across markets, develop playbooks, training, KPIs and manage agencies and partners
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (OTC, consumer health, FMCG or pet care ideal)
- Proven track record in paid media, social & e-commerce activation
- Data-driven, ROI-focused mindset with strong project management skills
- Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
- Willing to travel occasionally across Europe
