Bolton Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with a keen interest in imaging. As a Veterinary Surgeon with an imaging bias, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating complex cases using advanced imaging. Your primary focus will be on ultrasound, digital radiography, and CT, but you will also participate in the general surgical and medical first opinion caseload. The ideal candidate should be confident in performing abdominal ultrasounds and interpreting radiographs. Holding a certificate in diagnostic imaging or working towards further qualifications is desirable but not essential.

Our 24/7 hospital provides a varied and exciting caseload, working with a team of highly skilled vets and nurses. We offer affordable first-opinion services while also performing referral surgeries, supported by our A&E department. This caseload offers the right candidate a balanced work environment that will fuel your passion for diagnostics while maintaining your connection to first-opinion care.

40 hrs, 4 day week, split of 2 days imaging and 2 days consulting.
