We are seeking a Night Animal Nursing Assistant to join our Bolton team, on a 3 month contract. As an Animal Nursing Assistant you'll play a crucial role in supporting the emergency OOH service. You'll assist the veterinary team by providing essential hands-on care, feeding, walking and caring for the inpatients. Support the nursing team with tasks such as laboratory work, and prepping of theatre areas. You will also be required to carry out reception work, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the clinic.
This role offers the right candidate a diverse range of responsibilities across all areas of our hospital, ensuring that no two shifts are the same. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of many pets during each shift. Bolton is one of our 24hr sites, which consists of 8 consulting rooms, 3 theatres, x-ray dental suite as well as a CT scanner. Ensuring the utmost comfort for our patients, we've have separate dog and cat wards, including a specialised ICU ward for intensive nursing care. Our commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by our varied caseload, encompassing both medical and surgical cases, with weekly orthopaedic procedures.

Job Particulars:
- Shift times: 20:00- 06:30hrs (30 minute unpaid lunch)
- Average hours of 35hrs a week
- Rota: 5 on, 5 off
- Salary: £12.71PH
- Holidays: 5.6 weeks (including Bank Holidays)
- This is a fixed Term contract for 3 months
