The Animal & Plant Health Agency is seeking a proactive leader to drive improvements in engagement with farmers and to establish best practices in written and verbal communications across Defra and APHA.
You will oversee regulatory and service improvement initiatives, manage cross-agency learning, promote the Eyes and Ears app uptake, and guide the RACE team to strengthen compliance outcomes.
You will lead APHA's participation in regional pilots and contribute to Defra's Joint Service Improvement Plan.
