Working Hours
Open 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturdays; closed Sundays.
Consultations last 20 or 30 minutes with dedicated client communication slots.
Scheduled time for surgery and procedures is provided.
Support & Referrals
Supported by visiting specialists in cardiology, imaging, soft‐tissue and orthopaedic surgery.
Predominant referrals to The Ralph, Davies Veterinary Specialists and the Queen Mother Hospital.
- Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of UK small animal practice experience
- Curiosity and passion for holistic, empathetic care
- Confidence in routine surgery, medicine and emergency work
- Ability to support colleagues effectively
- Availability 4–5 days per week, 1:3 Saturdays with day off in lieu
- Shift pattern 8:00 am – 6:00 pm or 9:00 am – 7:00 pm on rotation; no out‑of‑hours duty
- Morning and afternoon ward rounds; 1‑hour lunch break
