We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our growing Pricing Team. The role involves analysing and improving pricing strategies and commercial decisions across our business. You will work within our Street and Technical Pricing areas and engage with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and refine pricing strategies and commercial decisions.
- Lead end‑to‑end pricing projects and present findings to stakeholders.
- Build and interpret GLM models for insurance applications.
- Query and manipulate structured data using SQL.
- Work independently while collaborating with the team.
Qualifications
- Degree with strong numerical content, preferably 2:1 or above.
- Background in GI or PMI with experience of pricing techniques.
- Experience with pricing tools such as Emblem or Radar.
- Advanced skill in a statistical programming language such as R or Python.
- Expertise with structured data and SQL queries.
- Ability to build GLM models and interpret outputs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Interest in innovation and new techniques.
Package
£55,500 to £66,500 per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
Location
Flexible: fully remote in the UK, hybrid, or based at our office in Amesbury.
