We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to join our IT function on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will champion our customers, ensuring our teams deliver great outcomes for both them and their pets. What You Will Do

  • Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Actively identify and remove impediments so teams can stay focused on delivering value in every single sprint.
  • Provide expert coaching and mentoring to teams across all maturity levels, promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track team performance and progress toward delivery goals using metrics like velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
  • Work independently to navigate complex situations while fostering smooth, cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • The ability to act with diplomacy, tact, and empathy while coaching the wider organisation on Agile adoption.
